I got three different night vision binos, of about three evenly spaced price-ranges. This one was the mid-priced one, and pound for pound, I think this one blew the other two away. The picture can be a little granier than the more expensive model I have, but the build quality seems more durable on this one, and it's more compact (BIG plus for me, because it fits into a nice bino rig I got for the winner, and the more expensive one was just too big). Much more durable, more powerful, and more comfortable to use than the cheaper one. I think its mid-range price point and build quality knock the competition in the dust. I did get a powerful tactical IR light that I thought would work in concert with these, lighting everything up even more. But for some reason, everything just turns blinding white when I turn on the IR light. I'll have to figure out what the deal is with that. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, lol.
